- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

 - Assist in the preparation and management of employment contracts, always ensuring compliance and accuracy.
 - Maintain meticulous records and confidential employee data, demonstrating the utmost respect for privacy.

 - Develop initiatives that celebrate our differences and promote a culture of understanding.
 - Work closely with the leadership team to provide HR insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
 - Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on employee engagement.
 - Proficiency in HR software and systems, including payroll and benefits administration.
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
 - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and leadership.
 - Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and policies.
 - Basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
