Job Description:
Job Role: Payment Merchant Manager (Vietnam)
-Payment Merchant Expansion: Expand fiat payment merchants in the Vietnamese market, onboarding merchants that can support exchange users in buying and selling crypto assets, and establish a stable OTC/P2P merchant network.
-Fiat On-Ramp / Off-Ramp Development: Responsible for setting up local Vietnamese fiat channels, including Fiat On-Ramp (crypto purchase entry) and Fiat Off-Ramp (crypto selling/withdrawal).
-Merchant Management:
Manage OTC/P2P merchants.
Ensure payment success rates and oversee risk control.
Monitor merchant transaction volumes and liquidity.
Handle payment exceptions and complaints.
-Payment Ecosystem Partnerships: Liaise with local Vietnamese payment gateways, PSPs, e-wallets, and fintech companies.
-Risk & Compliance Support: Collaborate with the risk team to vet merchants, control fraud and financial risks, and optimize payment processes.
Job Requirements:
-Over 1 year of experience in payment/exchange, fintech, crypto, or OTC merchant management.
-Familiarity with the local Vietnamese payment system.
-Native-level Vietnamese, with English proficient enough for work communication and efficient coordination with team and clients.
