We are seeking a Live Streaming Operations Specialist to take charge of ecosystem development and user growth for our live streaming channels. You will focus on streamer operations, event planning, content operations, and data analysis to enhance channel activity, user engagement, and conversion performance while continuously optimizing the live streaming product and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations for live streaming channel activities, including new streamer incentives, holiday-themed events, and streamer recall programs, ensuring high-quality execution from planning to launch
Track and analyze core live streaming metrics (broadcast rate, interaction rate, conversion rate, etc.), producing operational analyses and post-event reviews to optimize performance
Collect user feedback and product issues, collaborating with product and technical teams to drive improvements while providing optimization suggestions based on industry trends
Participate in planning and executing official live programs (AMA sessions, roundtables, etc.), supporting topic selection, scripting, process design, and live operations
Work closely with product, marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation

Job Requirements

1+ years experience in live streaming operations, event operations, or internet platform operations with full project lifecycle experience (0-1 implementation)
Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for independent data processing and performance reviews
Understanding of live streaming ecosystems, user growth strategies, and community operations; foundational knowledge of Crypto/Web3 industry
Strong cross-team collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with product and technical teams
