Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction & User Growth Operations: Oversee core metrics like trading depth, liquidity, conversion/retention rates, and MAU/DAU. Design and implement trading campaigns, growth strategies, and activation programs.
- Campaign & Incentive Management: Develop and optimize referral programs, promotional activities, and reward mechanisms to boost trading volume and user engagement.
- Process Optimization: Enhance KYC/withdrawal/deposit flows to improve approval rates and risk control. Establish SOPs and operational efficiency frameworks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Trading, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Agency Channel Management: Coordinate with agency partners to execute operational tasks.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of frontline operational experience at tier-1 platforms.
- Proven ability in business analysis, operational strategy, and growth initiative design.
- Capacity to drive cross-team (Product/Tech/Marketing) alignment under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance, Economics, STEM backgrounds preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for professional communication.
