Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Options Operations Specialist who is familiar with options products and user growth strategies. This role will focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and transaction conversion for our platform's options business. The position involves managing the entire user lifecycle, planning trading campaigns, user education, and institutional collaboration to achieve scalable growth in options trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user growth, engagement, and retention for options trading through data-driven strategies to improve penetration and trading volume.
- Plan and execute options-related campaigns (e.g., trading competitions, VIP events, incentive programs) to boost participation and lifetime value (LTV).
- Develop educational content (basic tutorials, strategy cases, market insights) to lower learning barriers and enhance user conversion.
- Collaborate with product and institutional teams to engage professional traders and liquidity providers, gathering requirements and facilitating partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with product, risk, and marketing teams to optimize options trading tools, user experience, and operational strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in options/crypto derivatives operations, trading, or product management.
- Strong understanding of options pricing (Greeks, IV, volatility) and common strategies (Straddle, Covered Call, Protective Put, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis and user behavior insights to independently develop business strategies.
- Strong communication, learning agility, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Crypto Options or Structured Products (Dual Investment, Shark Fin).
- Hands-on trading experience in BTC/ETH options markets.
- Institutional service experience with market makers or liquidity providers.
- Familiarity with options analytics tools (Greeks analysis, IV Surface, OI data).
