Job Description
1. Web3 Ecosystem BD: Responsible for expanding in-depth cooperation with global public chains, Layer2, and leading projects, introducing high-quality ecosystem resources (including but not limited to Grants, joint marketing, and node cooperation) to enhance OneKey's brand penetration among core developers and user groups. 2. Product Function BD: Proactively explore partners closely related to product functions, promote the integration and joint debugging of wallets with DApps and protocols within the ecosystem, and introduce resources through business negotiations to address product shortcomings and optimize user experience. 3. Market Event Coordination: Plan and execute online and offline market events, including but not limited to industry summit exhibitions, community AMAs, hackathon sponsorships, and joint ecosystem activities, ensuring efficient use of event budgets and maximizing ROI. 4. Competitive Analysis and Feedback: Continuously track the latest trends in the hardware wallet sector and public chain infrastructure, collect first-hand user feedback, and drive internal product iterations to ensure OneKey's market leadership.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, 3-5 years of Web3 or cryptocurrency industry operations/BD experience, deep understanding of the hardware wallet/self-custody sector, and familiarity with mainstream public chain ecosystems and their operational logic.
- Resource Network: Possess extensive connections with Web3 projects, public chain foundations, investment institutions, or KOLs, with proven cases of successfully introducing or negotiating Grants/ecosystem funding.
- Business Skills: Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, capable of using English as a working language for smooth communication with foreign partners; skilled in business negotiations and resource integration, able to independently drive collaborations to completion.
- User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency users (especially advanced users) and their needs, able to optimize customer service processes and product experience from a user perspective.
- Ownership Mentality: Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility, results-oriented, able to independently advance projects in a fast-paced, multitasking work environment; team management experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations or BD for hardware products (consumer electronics/hardware wallets).
- Familiarity with mainstream public chain ecosystems, with BD experience in ecosystem funds or leading projects.
- Experience in building or managing teams from scratch.
