Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive Orca's brand growth and engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and translate strategy into actionable marketing plans.
- Own Orca’s Twitter account, creating targeted and relevant content that aligns with the brand and strategy.
- Develop and implement Orca’s channel marketing strategy, including ranking channels, planning initiatives, identifying success metrics, and executing campaigns.
- Collaborate across organizational functions to market product releases and amplify Orca’s brand.
- Establish an analytics-driven growth culture by integrating data insights into every marketing decision and campaign.
- Expand Orca’s reach to new and existing DeFi users.
- Position yourself as a public figure for Orca through speaking engagements, podcasts, industry publications, or other activities based on your strengths.
- Develop leadership skills by managing a Marketing team and budget.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter, and content creation.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for marketing campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams.
- Experience in the DeFi or blockchain industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and budgets.
