Social Media Manager at Orca

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create targeted, relevant content on multiple platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) that aligns with Orca's brand and tone.
• Develop and implement Orca's channel marketing strategy: rank channels, plan channel-specific initiatives, identify success metrics, and execute campaigns.
• Collaborate across organizational functions to market product releases.
• Establish an analytics-driven growth culture by integrating data insights on performance of posts.
• Continue to expand Orca's reach to new and existing DeFi users.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in blockchain/DeFi
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt brand voice
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Passion for decentralized finance and cryptocurrency ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO and content optimization
• Graphic design or multimedia content creation skills
• Existing network in the DeFi/blockchain community
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
