Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Channel Marketing Specialist to develop and execute engaging content across multiple platforms, while driving Orca's brand presence and growth in the DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities
- Create targeted, relevant content on multiple platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) that aligns with Orca's brand and tone.
- Develop and implement Orca's channel marketing strategy: rank channels, plan channel-specific initiatives, identify success metrics, and execute campaigns.
- Collaborate across organizational functions to market product releases.
- Establish an analytics-driven growth culture by integrating data insights on performance of posts.
- Continue to expand Orca's reach to new and existing DeFi users.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in blockchain/DeFi
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt brand voice
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Passion for decentralized finance and cryptocurrency ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Graphic design or multimedia content creation skills
- Existing network in the DeFi/blockchain community
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
