Job Responsibilities: Growth Strategy and Traffic Operations • Responsible for the overall traffic growth strategy of the company, optimizing the entire chain from multi-channel drainage to user conversion. Coordinate online and offline traffic sources, improve channel efficiency, and promote potential customer conversion. Channel and Product Conversion Management • Build and optimize a channel product sales conversion mechanism to increase user transaction rates. Deeply analyze user behavior data, optimize traffic allocation and product experience, and enhance ROI. Plan high conversion rate operational activities based on market demand, such as fission, membership system, limited time discounts, etc. Data driven growth and commercialization • Design and implement a data analysis system, continuously optimize advertising strategies and conversion paths based on data analysis. Through A/B testing and user profiling analysis, develop precise marketing strategies to enhance LTV (Lifetime User Value). Cross departmental collaboration and team management • Work closely with brand marketing, market expansion, and product development teams to ensure efficient execution of growth strategies. Establish and manage an operations team, cultivate growth mindset among team members, and improve team execution. User Experience and Retention Optimization • Deeply understand user needs, optimize user journeys, and improve user retention and repurchase rates. Combining market dynamics, innovating growth strategies, and promoting sustainable business growth for the company.
