Position: Event Planning Job Responsibilities: 1. Based on the market characteristics of different regions, strategize and adjust localized event planning, and be responsible for the effectiveness of the event; 2. Coordinate the resources of various modules, including but not limited to markets, communities, channels, etc., to improve the conversion and retention rate of activities; 3. Combining users, product features, and industry characteristics, innovate activity gameplay, design activity explosion points, and promote activity development and launch; 4. Proficient in data analysis, monitoring user and activity operation data, and iterating operation direction through analysis and summarization; 5. Collaborate with platform operations to iterate and update platform product functionality requirements.
