Key Responsibilities

 - Design and execute live streaming activity calendars, continuously refining room strategies, streaming protocols, and anchor collaboration models to ensure optimal production ratios and engagement levels.
 - Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing blockchain industry anchors, fostering their growth and ensuring consistent content quality and alignment with brand values.
 - Conduct competitive intelligence analysis by monitoring market trends, evaluating rival strategies, and adapting live streaming approaches to drive user acquisition and retention.
 - Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution, including the development of innovative features and user-centric content experiences.
 - Establish data governance systems for live streaming analytics, conducting cross-platform performance reviews and deriving actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
 - Monitor real-time streaming metrics and user behavior patterns to identify opportunities for process optimization and content innovation.
