Job Description:
Senior/Mid-Level DevOps Engineer (Based Outside Mainland China)
Core Responsibilities Overview:
- Responsible for the daily deployment, maintenance, and high-availability assurance of the company's core business systems, cloud platforms (such as AWS/Aliyun/Tencent Cloud), and foundational services (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka).
- Participate in system capacity assessment, performance tuning, and disaster recovery drills to ensure stable service operation.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting automated builds, testing, releases, and rollbacks.
- Configure and maintain system monitoring, log collection, and alerting systems (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/OpenSearch).
- Respond to production environment incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with the team to resolve and optimize issues.
- Document and standardize operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields (no consideration for associate degrees or non-full-time programs), with 3+ years of experience in large-scale internet or cloud platform operations.
- Proficient in Linux systems and at least one scripting language (Shell/Python/Go).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Familiar with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Aliyun, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Preference given to candidates based in Singapore or Malaysia; other non-mainland China locations also considered.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in global network acceleration and security deployment on enterprise cloud platforms.
- Background in AI platform/server deployment and maintenance.
