Job Description
The User Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving user activation, retention, and conversion to enhance user engagement and product value. This role focuses on developing and executing operational strategies for existing users to improve customer retention and activity levels. The specialist will maintain customer relationships through various channels including phone calls and emails to increase customer loyalty and drive additional product purchases. Additionally, this position involves planning and implementing user activities to boost participation and satisfaction. Continuous improvement of activation and conversion methods based on customer feedback will be crucial to expanding the customer base on the platform.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Must be based in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, or Bangkok
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of sales/user operations experience (financial/Internet industry preferred)
- Strong learning and adaptability skills with willingness to handle diverse tasks
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to understand user perspectives
