Job Description
We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written content that educates and engages our audience about Solana protocols and Step Finance. Your work will play a crucial role in onboarding new users and expanding our content distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Growth team to create both long-form and short-form written content (original content creation without using ChatGPT)
- Develop comprehensive how-to guides explaining Solana protocols and their applications
- Create user-friendly onboarding materials for newcomers to Solana and Step Finance
- Work closely with the Growth team to identify and implement new strategies for content distribution
- Continuously research and stay updated on Solana ecosystem developments to ensure content accuracy
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in blockchain/crypto space
- Strong understanding of Solana ecosystem and DeFi protocols
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Creative thinker with ability to develop engaging content formats
- Self-motivated with strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience creating educational content for blockchain projects
- Familiarity with Step Finance platform and its features
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for content distribution
- Experience working with growth teams on content strategy
