Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Growth team to develop and implement event strategies
 - Plan and execute events of varying scales, from global conferences to regional workshops
 - Coordinate all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration
 - Develop event budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
 - Create engaging event content and programming that aligns with company goals
 - Manage event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and engagement
 - Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
 - Analyze event performance and provide post-event reports with key metrics and insights
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
 - 3+ years of experience in event planning and management
 - Proven track record of successfully executing both large-scale and small-scale events
 - Excellent project management and organizational skills
 - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 - Proficiency in event management software and tools
 - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 - Willingness to travel as needed for event execution
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech industry or related fields
 - Knowledge of digital event platforms and virtual event technologies
 - Existing network of event vendors and service providers
 - Certification in event planning or project management
