Job Description
Cobo is seeking a Technical Content Creator to develop engaging and educational materials that empower developers to effectively utilize our wallet platform. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and Developer Relations to ensure content aligns with technical specifications and brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating technical documentation, tutorials, and developer resources that drive product adoption and community growth. This position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between complex technical systems and end-user understanding, supporting Cobo's mission to advance blockchain innovation through accessible tools and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical content lifecycle, including planning, writing, editing, formatting, and continuous improvement of documentation
- Create instructional materials such as API guides, SDK documentation, integration tutorials, and developer onboarding resources
- Produce visual and interactive content including video tutorials, animated explainer graphics, and podcast episodes for developer education
- Design and implement content strategies that optimize developer engagement through multiple channels (website, social media, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and up-to-date information in all content deliverables
- Conduct content audits to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement in existing documentation
- Develop sample code implementations and demo projects that illustrate platform capabilities and best practices
- Monitor content performance metrics and user feedback to refine content quality and relevance
- Work with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content assets
- Stay updated on blockchain technology trends and Web3 developments to ensure content remains relevant and forward-thinking
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical content creation (minimum 3 years) with a focus on blockchain platforms and developer documentation
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, smart contract development, and decentralized application (dApp) architecture
- Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise language
- Proficiency in creating documentation for APIs, SDKs, and blockchain protocols with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and documentation platforms like Confluence, ReadTheDocs, or Notion
- Ability to produce video content, screen recordings, and audio materials for developer education
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to align content with product roadmap
- Experience with SEO best practices for technical content to improve discoverability by developers
- Knowledge of developer engagement strategies and community-building techniques for open-source projects
- Excellent analytical skills to measure content effectiveness through user engagement metrics and feedback loops
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Experience with blockchain development frameworks (Solidity, Rust, etc.) and familiarity with developer tools ecosystems
- Preferred: Proficiency in multiple programming languages and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Preferred: Experience with creating interactive content using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or web-based documentation builders
