Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to support our team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance operations within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in KYC/KYB (Know Your Customer/Know Your Business) processes to verify client identities and assess risks
 - Support the transaction monitoring process to identify and report suspicious activities
 - Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
 - Participate in the review and standardization of policies and procedures
 - Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations on risk and compliance matters
 - Support the maintenance and organization of compliance documentation and records
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance
 - Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as required by the compliance team
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field
 - 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management or related field preferred
 - Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance principles
 - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
 - Excellent organizational and documentation skills
 - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills
 - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulatory requirements
