Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and expand our presence in the blockchain industry. This role requires a deep understanding of Layer 2 protocols.Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to drive partnerships and revenue growth in the Morph ecosystem.Identify and establish strategic relationships with blockchain projects.Lead negotiations and close deals with key industry players, investors, and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams, including community and marketing, to align business development efforts with company objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space.Represent Morph at conferences, networking events, and community engagements to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals, tracking progress and reporting key metrics.Identify and explore new business models, monetization strategies, and ecosystem growth opportunities.
