Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive partnerships and revenue growth in the Morph ecosystem
 - Identify and establish strategic relationships with blockchain projects, investors, and key industry players
 - Lead negotiations and close deals with potential partners and stakeholders
 - Collaborate with internal teams including community and marketing to align business development efforts with company objectives
 - Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space
 - Represent Morph at conferences, networking events, and community engagements to increase brand visibility
 - Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals while tracking progress and reporting key metrics
 - Identify and explore new business models, monetization strategies, and ecosystem growth opportunities
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the blockchain/Web3 industry
 - Deep understanding of Layer 2 protocols and blockchain technology
 - Strong network within the blockchain ecosystem
 - Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
 - Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
 - Strong communication and presentation skills
 - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
 - Willingness to travel for conferences and business meetings
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Layer 2 scaling solutions
 - Existing relationships with key players in the blockchain space
 - Technical understanding of smart contracts and decentralized applications
 - Track record of successful partnerships in the Web3 ecosystem
