Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead the development, implementation, and scaling of Morph’s payment service. This role offers a unique opportunity to pioneer innovative payment solutions at the intersection of cutting-edge blockchain technology and real-world applications. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction, building key partnerships, and driving continuous innovation in the blockchain payments space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the roadmap for our Crypto Payment solution - Morph Pay.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and efficient payment solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and user-friendly payment systems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers, developers, and key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Drive product adoption by integrating with wallets, exchanges, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and implement robust fraud prevention measures.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with digital assets and blockchain transactions.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in blockchain payments, DeFi, and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Develop strategies to expand the user base and continuously improve user experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership roles within fintech or blockchain sectors
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and payment systems
