Job Description:
(Based in Shenzhen/Hangzhou)
- Independently responsible for client acquisition in Asian and global markets, focusing on promoting OTC, cross-border payments, VCC/virtual cards (advertising/enterprise payments), and Web3 digital currency acquiring services.
- Leverage personal and industry-accumulated resources such as PSPs (Payment Service Providers), financial institutions (FIs), cross-border e-commerce platforms, or Web3 project stakeholders to quickly establish business connections and facilitate contract signings.
- Develop client expansion strategies aligned with company sales targets, ensure achievement of performance metrics, and design specialized plans for key client growth and retention.
- Provide customized service solutions based on client needs and company product features, deliver product information, and establish/maintain strong client relationships to ensure end-to-end service execution.
- Drive business development through offline client visits and industry resource integration, collect and analyze client requirements for alignment with in-house systems, and report directly to management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services, payments, FinTech, or digital assets (Crypto).
- Established industry network (e.g., familiarity with payment processors, cross-border trade circles, advertising agencies, or Web3 ecosystem participants).
- Proficiency in cross-border payment workflows and FX fundamentals, with practical understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, acquiring, etc.).
- Results-driven mindset, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adaptable to fast-paced industry dynamics.
- English as a working language (not mandatory, but basic reading proficiency is advantageous).
