Job Description:
We are hiring a Contract BD Manager/Business Development Lead for the Chinese-speaking market:
- Agency Development: Responsible for identifying and onboarding new agents in target markets, driving agent registrations.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and engagement.
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and broaden market channels.
- Performance Growth: Drive agent trading growth and achieve sales targets with additional bonus incentives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure quick response and optimization of agent needs.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience in exchanges; candidates with existing resources are preferred.
- Strong client acquisition and retention skills, with market insight and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for performance and willingness to pursue high bonuses.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills (written & spoken) for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
