Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive our project's expansion both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans to enhance our market presence and brand influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for domestic and international markets, including partner expansion, marketing initiatives, and brand collaborations
- Leverage existing industry resources and networks to establish and maintain relationships with exchanges, media outlets, investment institutions, and KOLs
- Conduct business negotiations with potential partners to facilitate project implementation overseas and identify new business opportunities
- Plan and execute various online and offline events, seminars, and conferences in collaboration with marketing/operations teams to enhance brand visibility
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, product, and technology to align business implementation plans with overall project timelines
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the tech or financial industry
- Strong network of industry contacts and resources
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute marketing events
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
