Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive our global expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies across domestic and international markets.
- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement business expansion plans including partner development, marketing campaigns, and brand collaborations
- Resource Management: Leverage existing industry connections to establish and maintain relationships with exchanges, media outlets, investment institutions, and KOLs
- Partnership Negotiation: Conduct business discussions and negotiations with potential partners to facilitate overseas project implementation and uncover commercial opportunities
- Event Management: Plan and execute various online/offline events, salons, and conferences in collaboration with marketing/operations teams to enhance brand visibility
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and technical teams to align business solutions with project timelines
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience, with at least 1 year in blockchain or Web3 projects
- Fluent English communication skills (additional languages preferred)
- Established Web3 network, particularly in NFT, inscriptions, and Meme sectors
- Strong negotiation skills and external communication capabilities
- Deep understanding of blockchain industry trends and Web3 market dynamics
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and project management skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills
