Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business expansion strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on partnership development and market penetration
 - Identify potential business partners through thorough market research and due diligence, including analysis of industry dynamics, competitor strategies, and regulatory environments
 - Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with legal and financial standards
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities using advanced analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
 - Maintain and enhance relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners through regular communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution
 - Coordinate internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of expansion initiatives and cooperation agreements
 - Conduct regular performance evaluations of partnership programs and propose optimization strategies to improve ROI and operational efficiency
 - Lead the development of business development plans, including target markets, growth metrics, and risk mitigation frameworks
 - Collaborate with senior management to align expansion strategies with overall corporate vision and long-term growth objectives
 - Manage the entire lifecycle of partnership relationships from initiation to termination, ensuring continuous value creation for the organization
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related fields with a proven track record of successful expansion initiatives
 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
 - Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms in complex business agreements
 - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies
 - Proficiency in relationship management techniques, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and conflict resolution
 - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdepartmental collaboration effectively
 - Fluency in English and at least one additional language for international business communication
 - Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools for tracking partnership performance and market activities
