Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine the existing multi-chain parsing and indexing framework to make it scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business requirements.
• Enhance the quality and consistency of blockchain data processing, including reorg recovery, backfilling, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver high-quality APIs and services built on the data framework.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, enforce coding standards, and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
• Evaluate and introduce improvements in architecture, tools, and operational processes.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or blockchain development with leadership experience (managing 3-5 engineers).
• Proficiency in Go (preferred), as well as Rust/Java or other backend languages.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus mechanisms, node APIs, event logs, and reorg handling.
• Experience optimizing existing frameworks/platforms, not just greenfield development.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, and related components (e.g., Kafka, ClickHouse, or similar).
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade, high-performance systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
