Job Description
The Product Manager (Desktop) will be responsible for the planning, requirements analysis, and iteration of Desktop (Windows/macOS) products. This role involves close collaboration with design, development, and testing teams to ensure timely product launches. The ideal candidate will deeply analyze user needs to continuously optimize product experience, develop product roadmaps, track data, and improve core metrics. Additionally, this position will drive the integration of AI capabilities (such as Copilot, Agent, AI Workflow, etc.) into the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product planning, requirements analysis, and iteration for Desktop (Windows/macOS) platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, testing) to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Conduct in-depth user research to enhance product usability and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps while monitoring key performance indicators.
- Drive implementation of AI features (Copilot, Agent, AI Workflow) to enhance product capabilities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align product development with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
- Proven experience with Desktop (Windows/macOS) products, having led at least one complete desktop product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Electron or native desktop application design principles.
- Experience with AI products, developer tools, or productivity tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI Coding (Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) and ability to enhance development efficiency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international product markets.
- Background in SaaS, Developer Tools, AI Agent, or LLM products.
- Experience building products from 0→1 or managing million-user scale products.
- Familiarity with Web3 or AI industry trends.
