CA is a verifiable decentralized computing power matching platform dedicated to reshaping the global computing power system through innovative distributed architecture. The platform connects global computing resources to achieve efficient circulation and value sharing of computing power, transforming it from a resource monopolized by a few institutions into infrastructure that everyone can participate in and utilize. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the core architecture design and development of Web3 backend services and middleware, including blockchain data indexing, off-chain computation, transaction routing, API gateways, and distributed microservices systems.
- Design and implement public service business modules, including on-chain data visualization platforms, asset management systems, and public API services for users and partners.
- Develop high-availability, high-concurrency server architectures (QPS > 10,000) to support core scenarios such as digital asset management, transaction matching, and real-time on-chain event monitoring.
- Interact deeply with EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum, handling JSON-RPC/WebSocket calls, transaction construction and parsing, Gas management, and smart contract event subscriptions.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and produce technical documentation, unit tests, and CI/CD process standards.
- Track Web3 technology trends (Layer2, account abstraction, intent execution, ZK, etc.) to drive continuous system architecture evolution.
- Participate in requirements analysis, interaction design reviews, and user experience optimization for public service products, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in centralized exchange (CEX) or digital asset payment/clearing system development.
- Familiarity with Solidity and ability to independently review smart contract source code and troubleshoot on-chain issues.
- Understanding of ZK-Rollup/Optimistic Rollup and other Layer2 solutions.
- Participation in open-source blockchain projects.
- Experience in delivering toB/toG public service projects, with knowledge of API open platforms, data governance, or compliance audit processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field, with 5+ years of Java backend development experience.
- Strong Java fundamentals, deep understanding of JVM principles, multithreading/concurrency models, and proficiency in Spring Boot/Spring Cloud microservices.
- Familiarity with distributed system design, with practical optimization experience in Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ, and MySQL, and high-concurrency scenarios (QPS > 10,000).
- Mastery of Web3 tech stack, understanding blockchain fundamentals (consensus, transaction lifecycle, MPT state tree), and experience with Web3j or ethers.js.
- Ability to design and implement public service products, including architecture design, interface specification, and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience in public service system/platform development (e.g., government services, public data platforms, open API services).
- Knowledge of ERC-20/ERC-721/ERC-1155 token standards and DeFi core logic (Uniswap, AAVE, etc.).
- Strong English technical documentation reading skills to follow overseas tech community protocols.
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, self-motivation, and adaptability to remote collaboration and fast-paced iterations.
