Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and project objectives. This role requires a blend of traditional design skills and proficiency in AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design promotional posters, PPT presentations, event materials, and social media visuals with high aesthetic standards.
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs efficiently based on brand positioning and project requirements.
- Utilize AI tools for creative exploration, material generation, and visual optimization to improve delivery efficiency.
- Stay updated on visual trends in AI, technology, Web3, and global social media to create engaging and viral-worthy designs.
- Adapt design styles flexibly for multilingual versions, urgent tasks, and daily adjustments across different platforms and communication scenarios.
- Ensure visual expressions consistently align with brand strategy, project positioning, and communication goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience with a mature and comprehensive portfolio. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong skills in PPT design, layout, composition, and brand visual identity.
- Familiarity with mainstream AI design tools, capable of independently creating AI-generated graphics, material integration, and post-optimization.
- International perspective and aesthetic sense, with the ability to handle tech, business, Web3, and global event visual styles. Quick learner who grasps project priorities and thinks proactively without relying on templates or overly detailed instructions.
- Fast delivery speed with online availability and timely responses. Adaptability to fast-paced, multitasking, and high-intensity work environments.
- Strong sense of responsibility with attention to detail in text, dates, data, logos, and layouts. Capable of pre-delivery checks and efficient, direct communication. Open to feedback and quick iterations.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in AI, exchanges, large-scale ecosystem projects, or overseas projects. Proficiency in English is a plus.
