Job Description
We are looking for a skilled backend developer to join our team, focusing on LLM-based development and AI engineering applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust systems using Python/GO, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for LLM-based Python/GO backend development and platform system architecture, implementing AI engineering applications.
- Responsible for system development based on Agent framework and RAG research and development.
- Responsible for model performance and system optimization, monitoring and deployment to improve performance and stability.
- Participate in the development of some AI functions and provide suggestions.
- Work closely with the production and research team to ensure that LLM functionality meets the requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or GO programming languages.
- Experience with LLM-based development and AI engineering applications.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and backend development.
- Knowledge of Agent frameworks and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies.
- Ability to optimize model performance and system stability.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with production and research teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or machine learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.
