MOSS, likely operating in the Web3 and AI space, seeks a Social Media & Community Manager to enhance its digital presence and community engagement. The employer's focus on Crypto, Web3, and AI trends suggests a forward-thinking, tech-savvy organization aiming to build a robust online community. The inclusion of TOKEN-based incentives indicates a startup or crypto-native environment, emphasizing performance-driven rewards. The preference for Chinese language skills and an existing network within trading communities hints at a global but Asia-centric operational focus, possibly targeting both Western and Eastern markets. The role is designed to bridge product development with community feedback, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.

As an interviewer for MOSS, I would prioritize candidates who demonstrate a proactive approach to community engagement and a deep understanding of Web3 and AI trends.
