Job Description
As the Social Media Manager for our official Twitter account, you will be responsible for independently overseeing all aspects of content strategy, daily updates, and account growth. Your role will involve developing a unique brand voice with meme-worthy characteristics that enhance virality and engagement. You will lead the production of social media videos, including scriptwriting, style determination, and coordination with designers. Additionally, you will manage collaborations with KOLs, content creators, and partners to organize cross-account promotional campaigns. A key part of your responsibilities will be analyzing content performance metrics and user interactions to continuously optimize content structure, posting strategies, and overall account activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the official Twitter account, including content planning and daily updates
- Develop a distinctive social media brand style with meme-driven appeal
- Lead video production for social media campaigns, from scriptwriting to final execution
- Coordinate with KOLs, creators, and partners for cross-promotional activities
- Analyze content performance data to refine strategies and boost engagement
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management for Web3 projects, with hands-on Twitter account management
- Preference given to candidates with a personal Twitter account (5-10k followers)
- Strong familiarity with the Web3 media ecosystem and KOL networks
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and viral content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
