1. Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and answering their questions; 2. Timely feedback on existing problems, collect and organize them; 3. Proficient in Vietnamese, Chinese, and English; 4. Possess strong business sensitivity and be able to master basic business concepts after training. Financial knowledge and experience are preferred; 5. Able to adapt to urgent deadlines. /Capable of adapting to different work schedules.
