Frontend Developer at PowerHome

As a Product Designer, you will work within a Product Delivery Team that integrates UX, engineering, product, and data expertise to deliver innovative solutions. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for shaping the visual and interactive elements of products, contributing to the overall user experience strategy, and maintaining consistency in brand identity across all deliverables.

The ideal candidate will engage in the full design lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to consistently meet draft deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, you will revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials, ensuring cohesive design language across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Build next-generation web applications with a focus on the client side, ensuring responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Have already graduated or are currently in any year of study, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials, ensuring visual consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

• B.C.A or M.C.A degree from a National University, with course completion and relevant academic achievements.
• 3 or more years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Have already graduated or are currently in any year of study, showing a strong foundation in design principles and methodologies.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in graphic and web design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop for creating and refining visual assets.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of web development fundamentals to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes to support rapid prototyping and development cycles.
