华语或海外现货BD/现货业务开发专家 工作性质：远程/可依公司安排，全职/合作制皆可洽谈 工作内容： 负责开发现货项目方、Token项目方、Web3生态资源 与项目方进行商务沟通，推进现货上币、合作、资源置换等业务 维护项目方关系，协助跟进上币流程、资料收集与合作进度 拓展KOL、社群、VC、孵化器、做市商等产业资源 定期整理潜在项目名单、合作进度与商务开发报告 配合公司业务策略，完成现货业务拓展及绩效目标
优先条件
- 曾任职于交易所、项目方、做市商、VC或Web3 BD岗位
- 有成功推进项目上币或商务合作案例
- 拥有稳定项目方资源或海外市场资源
职位要求
- 具备Web3、交易所、项目方、上币、BD相关经验者优先
- 熟悉现货交易、Token上币流程、加密货币市场及项目方合作模式
- 拥有项目方资源、上币资源、KOL或生态合作资源者优先
- 具备良好的沟通能力、商务谈判能力及资源整合能力
- 能独立开发客户并推进合作，有结果导向与执行力
- 英文可作为工作语言者优先
薪资福利
