Proficient or familiar with open-source AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Pytorch, FATE, FedML, etc.).\n6. Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, Scala, C++.\n7. Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Natural Sciences.
