Job Description
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our global Web3 ecosystem partnerships and driving strategic collaborations across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Ecosystem Partnership Development: Lead the identification and engagement of global Web3 partners including blockchain projects, top protocols, decentralized exchanges, overseas investment institutions, international media, and KOLs/community guilds to build a diversified, high-value global partnership network.
- Cross-cultural Business Coordination: Manage end-to-end overseas partnership processes independently using English as primary working language, including requirement communication, solution design, commercial negotiation, contract signing and execution to ensure seamless collaboration with international partners.
- Resource Integration & Value Creation: Design innovative cooperation models (joint airdrops, co-branding, technical co-building, international AMA events) by leveraging partners' core strengths to maximize mutual benefits and enhance brand influence in global Web3 markets.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Continuously monitor global Web3 trends, competitive landscape and industry dynamics to produce actionable market insights reports supporting business strategy formulation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical, marketing and community teams to deliver customized partner solutions and ensure efficient resource allocation for successful project implementation.
Job Requirements
- Professional Background: 1-3 years BD/partnership experience in Web3 with deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, Web3 ecosystem architecture and DeFi/NFT/DAO sectors. Must provide verifiable successful partnership cases.
- English Proficiency (Core): Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written) for independent cross-cultural negotiations, contract review and international partner management.
- Personality Traits (Core): Outgoing, proactive with strong interpersonal skills to build long-term trust relationships across cultures and adapt to Web3's dynamic environment.
- Core Competencies: Results-driven with excellent resource integration, project execution and problem-solving abilities. Established Web3 network (projects, exchanges, VCs, KOLs).
- Female Advantage: Leveraging feminine strengths in meticulous insight, communication and empathy to establish stable partnerships. Presentable appearance for global industry events.
- Bonus Qualifications: Overseas community culture knowledge (Discord/Telegram/Twitter); International event planning experience; SaaS/e-commerce/advertising BD background; Crypto investment experience; Basic blockchain technical knowledge (Solidity).
