Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and expanding the company's global ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 industry, with a focus on establishing key relationships and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's business strategy and global partnership plans, focusing on ecosystem expansion and major collaboration implementation.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with core resources including exchanges, high-net-worth clients, project teams, institutions, KOLs, and communities.
- Lead negotiations and implementation of joint operations, strategic partnerships, and investment collaborations.
- Build and manage the business development team, setting clear objectives, processes, and incentive mechanisms.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators including user growth, trading volume, GMV, and channel revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory policies to mitigate business risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the company's industry influence and market positioning.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or BD leadership roles within the cryptocurrency/Web3 space, with established industry connections.
- Proven expertise in exchange growth strategies and market expansion tactics.
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close deals and manage projects independently.
- Excellent team management capabilities with experience building high-performance teams.
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industry environment.
- International resources and experience working with global partners is a significant advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
