Job Description
This role involves leading the visual and functional design of the GateKeeper trading tool software and the main app. The designer will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and innovative user experience while maintaining consistency with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the visual design, functional iteration, and redesign of the GateKeeper trading tool software and the main app.
- Follow and improve design specifications to ensure consistency and innovation in product visual style.
- Possess excellent business understanding ability, able to accurately grasp product goals, organize and formulate design goals and priorities.
- Participate in product interaction design, work closely with upstream and downstream teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Keep up with design trends, deeply understand the needs of target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate user transaction experiences.
- Effectively handle multitasking and priority conflicts, ensuring that design projects are completed on time.
Job Requirements
- Must have trading experience to understand the nuances of financial products and user behavior.
- Strong business acumen to align design goals with product objectives.
- Proficiency in visual and interaction design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
- A keen eye for design trends and user experience enhancements.
Additional Skills
Candidates with experience in financial or trading platforms will be preferred. A portfolio showcasing previous work in trading tools or similar applications is highly desirable.
