Job Description
As a Business Development Representative at GateKeeper, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cryptocurrency exchange platform by identifying and engaging with potential clients and partners in the blockchain industry. Your primary focus will be on both centralized (Cex) and decentralized (Dex) exchange projects, ensuring successful market-making collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze blockchain industry trends to identify potential clients and strategic partners for Cex and Dex projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate market-making services for high-quality Cex and Dex projects, ensuring timely completion of quarterly and monthly targets.
- Represent GateKeeper in expanding industry channels and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.
- Stay updated on local industry developments and competitor activities, formulating strategic responses to maintain competitive advantage.
- Enhance the platform's reputation and establish a positive market presence through proactive engagement and relationship building.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with mandatory experience in exchange listing processes (applicants without this experience need not apply).
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record of successful business cases or measurable achievements (must be able to demonstrate concrete results).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong ability to convert resources into business opportunities. Must demonstrate passion for the industry and active participation in relevant events.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese as working languages.
