Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SMO Team Lead to join our Singapore office. This is an important and urgent role that requires a Chinese female candidate who can solve Singapore EP requirements. The position offers a competitive salary budget of S$4000-6000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily update of sales, potential customers, commissions and other figures
- Supervise the management of contracts and ensure compliance
- Send congratulatory banners for successful transactions to celebrate team achievements
- Effectively liaise with cross-departmental teams (finance, project delivery, marketing) regarding selling materials and commissions
- Submit commissions to the finance department on time every month
- Prepare comprehensive project documents including activity budgets, business expansion policy changes, and related content
- Provide detailed reports on business expansion issues and progress
- Follow up and supervise all actions of the BD team, ensuring close collaboration with project managers and on-site teams to deliver professional and efficient services to all clients
Job Requirements
- Must be a Chinese female candidate eligible for Singapore EP
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in data management and reporting
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in business development or sales operations preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Location
This position is based in our Singapore offline office. Candidates must be willing to work onsite.
