Job Description
We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team as Head of Research and Researcher positions. These roles will focus on cutting-edge research in emerging technology fields and require strong analytical and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research projects related to blockchain, Web3, digital economy, governance, AI, and policy
- Conduct collaborative research projects with both public and private partners
- Prepare and present materials for global forums, conferences, and other external events
- Analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement research findings
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in relevant field (economics, computer science, public policy, etc.)
- 3+ years of research experience in technology-related fields
- Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3, and digital economy concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience presenting at conferences or public forums is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Published research papers or articles in relevant fields
- Experience managing research teams (for Head of Research position)
- Network within the blockchain/Web3 industry
- Multilingual capabilities beyond Korean and English
