Job Description
We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Head of Research and Researcher. These positions will play a key role in driving our research initiatives in cutting-edge technology fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research projects related to blockchain, Web3, digital economy, governance, AI, and policy
- Conduct collaborative research projects with both public and private sector partners
- Prepare and present materials for global forums, conferences, and other external events
- Lead research team activities and coordinate cross-functional projects (for Head of Research position)
- Develop research methodologies and frameworks for emerging technology topics
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree in relevant field (economics, computer science, public policy, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
- Experience in technology policy or emerging tech research preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- For Head of Research: 5+ years of research leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Published research papers or articles in relevant fields
- Experience presenting at international conferences or forums
- Network within blockchain/Web3/AI communities
- Understanding of both technical and policy aspects of emerging technologies
