Job Description
BingX is a leading cryptocurrency exchange seeking a passionate and innovative HR specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, optimizing HR processes, and fostering employee development within the fast-growing crypto industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Source and attract top BD specialists and other key personnel with cryptocurrency industry experience
- Build and maintain an extensive candidate network through multiple channels (social media, headhunters, etc.)
- Manage the entire hiring process including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks
- HR Management:
- Develop, optimize and maintain internal HR processes (hiring, performance evaluation, compensation, termination)
- Create and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with company regulations
- Maintain positive employee relations and promptly address workplace issues
- Training & Development:
- Evaluate existing training systems and propose optimization strategies
- Design and implement specialized training programs to enhance employee skills
- Develop career progression frameworks and growth opportunities for staff
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations within technology/financial sectors
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain industry preferred
- Excellent recruitment skills with diverse sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Russian) is highly desirable
