직무 설명:
포지션명: 애니메이션 디자이너(전임 컨설턴트)
Position: Motion Designer – Full time Consultant
- GIF/MP4 모션 그래픽, MG 애니메이션, 로고 애니메이션, 요소 연출 제작
- 기존 시각 자료를 기반으로 고퀄리티 광고 모션 콘텐츠 제작
- 각 플랫폼 요구사항에 맞춰 다양한 사이즈 버전 출력(Google, CoinGecko, Twitter, Telegram 등)
- 소재 용량 관리 및 광고 가이드라인 준수
- 제공된 카피에 따라 다국어 버전 제작(중국어/영어/한국어/일본어 등)
- 타이포그래피, 글자 크기, 위치, 리듬 일관성 유지
- 기본 3D 씬, 모델 전시, 제품 애니메이션 제작
- Blender/C4D/3ds Max 중 하나 이상 활용 가능
- 기본 렌더링 + 애니메이션 출력 제공 가능
- Produce GIF / MP4 motion graphics, including MG animation, logo animation, and element animations.
- Create high-quality advertising motion assets based on existing visual materials.
- Deliver multi-size versions according to platform requirements (Google, CoinGecko, Twitter, Telegram, etc.).
- Control file size to meet advertising and platform specifications.
- Adapt animations into multiple language versions (Chinese/English/Korean/Japanese, etc.) based on provided copy.
- Ensure consistency in layout, typography, placement, and pacing across all versions.
- Create basic 3D scenes, model showcases, and product animations.
- Use at least one 3D tool (Blender / C4D / 3ds Max).
- Provide basic rendering and animation outputs.
자격 요건:
- After Effects 숙련자, C4D 기본 조작 가능
- GIF/MP4 압축, 내보내기 및 최적화 프로세스 이해
- 독립적으로 깔끔하고 유연한 리듬감 있는 짧은 모션 제작 가능
- Digital Ads/Banner Ads 모션 제작 경험자 우대
- Proficient in After Effects; basic ability in C4D.
- Familiar with GIF / MP4 compression, export, and optimization workflows.
- Able to independently produce clean, smooth, and rhythmically strong short motion graphics.
- Experience in Digital Ads / Banner Ads motion design is preferred.

- 다국어 광고 어댑테이션 경험
- 기본 시각 확장 작업 가능(레이아웃, 폰트 적용, 사이즈 변환)
- 일반적인 전달 포맷 지원 가능(GIF/HTML/MOV/MP4/AE 프로젝트 파일)
Plus
- Experience in advertising agencies, brand design studios, internet companies, or crypto exchanges.
- Experience adapting multi-language advertising materials.
- Ability to handle basic visual extensions (layout, typography adaptation, size conversions).
- Familiarity with common delivery formats: GIF / HTML / MOV / MP4 / AE project files.
