직무 설명:
포지션명: 운영 인턴
Position: Operation Intern
- 거래 대회, 입금 이벤트, 추천 프로그램, AMA 및 파트너십 행사 등 플랫폼 온라인 활동의 기획, 실행 및 후속 조치 지원.
- 제품, 디자인, 운영, 고객 지원 팀과의 협조를 통해 행사의 원활한 출시 및 실행 추진.
- 참여자 수, 거래량, 전환율 등 행사 핵심 지표 추적 및 행사 분석과 최적화 지원.
- 행사 공지, 홍보 콘텐츠 및 관련 운영 자료의 중영문 정리, 번역 및 교정 작업 지원.
- 업계 동향, 경쟁사 활동 및 사용자 피드백 수집을 통해 향후 행사 기획 및 최적화 지원.
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and events, including trading competitions, deposit campaigns, referral programs, AMAs, and partnership events.
- Coordinate with Product, Design, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth event launches and execution.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics such as participation, trading volume, and conversion rates, and support post-event analysis.
- Assist with the preparation, translation, and proofreading of event materials, announcements, and promotional content in both English and Chinese.
- Conduct market and competitor research and collect user feedback to support future campaign optimization.

- 암호화폐, 블록체인 및 Web3 산업에 대한 깊은 관심, 관련 경험자 우대.
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션, 조정 능력, 실행력 및 팀워크 보유.
- 강한 학습 능력과 책임감, 빠른 작업 환경 적응 가능.
- 행사 운영, 마케팅, 커뮤니티 운영 또는 관련 경험자 우대(필수 아님).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the Web3 industry.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in operations, marketing, community management, or events is a plus but not required.
