Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Overseas Marketing Manager to lead the global marketing efforts for our products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end brand strategy and execution across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Japan, Korea, the U.S./Europe, and Southeast Asia markets, based on product milestones and goals. Oversee campaign materials, product messaging, and communications planning.
  • Plan and create content for official accounts across global platforms, aligning with user behaviors and content trends specific to each region.
  • Independently drive the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery across all channels.
  • Stay on top of regional gamer preferences and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets, communities, channels, and KOLs.
  • Be well-versed in community platforms like Discord. Create and implement community promotion plans in sync with market timelines. Manage community moderators and track execution and results.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in overseas marketing, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional market trends and user behaviors in key markets (Japan, Korea, U.S./Europe, Southeast Asia).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with community management platforms like Discord and experience in community engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
