Job Description
Bonex.net is a next-generation crypto margin trading platform offering advanced features like leveraged trading up to 100x, user-friendly dashboards, and a powerful affiliate system. We are rapidly growing and focused on delivering fast, secure, and accessible crypto trading tools to users worldwide.
We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth by driving partnerships, attracting high-volume users, and expanding our global reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard institutional clients, pro traders, and market makers.
- Develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, and influencers.
- Negotiate and structure B2B deals and volume-based incentives.
- Expand our presence on aggregators (CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko), wallets, and trading platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align growth and promotional strategies.
- Represent Bonex.net at events, online communities, and strategic meetings.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in crypto business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Strong network in the crypto trading space (exchanges, trading desks, DeFi, affiliate networks).
- Proven ability to close high-impact deals and scale user acquisition.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with margin/futures platforms or exchange infrastructure.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, rebate systems, or referral tools.
- Multilingual (especially Spanish, Turkish, Russian, or Vietnamese).
- Prior experience with white-label or B2B crypto products.
