Job Description
This role focuses on building and nurturing strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with special emphasis on the contract trading domain. The position plays a crucial role in expanding our global footprint and enhancing brand influence through effective business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain relationships with KOLs and ecosystem partners to enhance brand influence, especially in the contract trading domain
- Formulate BD strategies to foster deep collaborations within the DEX and contract trading ecosystem
- Drive user growth and market outreach, accelerating global expansion of the contract trading business
- Monitor industry trends, identify strategic opportunities, and continuously optimize partnership strategies in the on-chain derivatives space
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership programs to maximize business opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives effectively
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in business development or partnership management in crypto/blockchain industry
- Deep understanding of contract trading, DEX ecosystems and on-chain derivatives
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with KOLs and ecosystem players
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of contacts in the crypto derivatives space
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones
- Technical understanding of smart contracts and blockchain protocols
