Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for user growth in related business scenarios through refined operation methods (user grouping, A/B testing)
• Continuously optimize user conversion effects (registration, KYC, first charge, first transaction and other key conversion funnels)
• Improve user retention across all lifecycle stages
• Plan and implement growth campaigns including invitation rebates, trading mining activities, first transactions, and first deposits to enhance user LTV
• Collaborate closely with product, R&D, marketing, and business teams to integrate resources and achieve business objectives
• Monitor market trends (new coin launches, halving events) to develop short-term growth strategies
• Conduct data analysis to identify new user growth opportunities and implement effective operational strategies

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in user growth, digital marketing or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency market trends and user behavior patterns
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from complex datasets
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative growth strategies
• Experience in designing and implementing user incentive programs
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency industry
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto trading mechanisms
• Background in behavioral economics or psychology
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
