Job Description
As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for the overall UI design of company products. You should possess interactive thinking and be able to independently and efficiently complete UI designs for both APP and PC platforms while adhering to unified design standards. Experience in building and maintaining Figma component libraries is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously optimize user experience and interface details while ensuring product aesthetics and usability, driving ongoing product experience enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions, follow up on testing, and maintain full project lifecycle control.
- Demonstrate operational visual design capabilities by independently completing marketing pages (e.g., event pages, H5 pages) and assisting illustrators with UI and graphic layouts.
- Explore and apply new design tools and AI-assisted design software to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Participate in building design systems and component libraries, working with the team to refine design standards and promote componentization and visual standardization.
- Candidates with basic motion design skills (e.g., AE, Rive, Lottie) will be given priority consideration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related fields, with excellent aesthetics in graphics, layout, and color.
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in internet or software products, familiar with iOS/Android/Web design guidelines.
- Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of user experience, with proven product implementation experience or representative project cases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of efficient execution in cross-team environments.
- Passionate about design, stays updated with trends, and eager to explore new tools and cutting-edge design concepts. Experience with AI-assisted creativity (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora) is a plus.
